Pricing and tax
All prices are shown in MVR and include applicable GST in accordance with our tax model.
Promotions may be updated or removed at any time unless a fixed campaign period is explicitly stated.
Payments and verification
Zone A orders may use Pay on Delivery or bank transfer. Zone B orders are bank transfer only.
For transfer orders, Bloom Light may request proof of payment and can delay fulfillment until verification is completed.
Fulfillment and delivery responsibility
Zone B fulfillment is complete when the parcel is handed over at the designated boat dispatch point in Male.
Customers are responsible for any onward transport coordination, costs, and collection from the receiving side.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on current order status and payment state.
Where applicable, approved refunds are processed by bank transfer and documented with proof of refund completion.
